Our experts (me) think it shows a cat god. It's followers built a huge palace for it made out of marble but it preferred to live in a tiny old sandal box. Much to the annoyance of everyone who questioned the expense of building the palace. The cartouches are difficult to decipher because they are just squiggly lines. Probably, late Minoan c1200BCE or then again probably not.\r\n\r\nThis is an original drawing, it is not a print. It is drawn on A4 300gm acid free paper using Staedtler pigment liner pens and artist quality acrylic paints. the black border is 237mm x 150mm and the vase is 210mm x 114mm.
