The glass has come from old bottles, and has been rounded by the waves. This gives the surface of the hanger a three-dimensional effect, and the finely frosted glass picks the light up beautifully. The back of the hanger is top quality laser cut plywood. \r\n\r\nThe hanger is 15 cm high, 13  cm wide and 8 mm thick. It comes with a piece of clear plastic cord. \r\n \r\nOur mosaic hangers are individually hand made in Chudleigh, Devon. We collect our materials ourselves, mainly from local beaches.  Each piece of glass is unique, so each hanger is unique.  We only use materials which have rounded edges, which is why we tumble pieces which have rough edges (this continues the process begun by the waves) until they are smooth.\r\n\r\nThe hanger will be delivered by Royal Mail.
