The scraps of felt are from commercial offcuts and my own felt scraps and the interfacing is a commercial offcut . Details of the design have been added in simple hand embroidery using threads (some of which are vintage) and using vintage 3 ply wool. The design has been edged by couching over twists of wool in purple and pale blue to match the areas of the design.\r\n\r\nThe back of the plaque is neatened with commercial felt and a hanging loop, of button-hole stitch in cotton, is securely stitched in place.\r\n\r\nHeight (excluding hanging loop) - 12.5 cm approx.\r\n\r\nI have done my best to photogrpah this item accurately but monitor settings may cause variation in colour.\r\n\r\nThis item will be sent by Second Class Post.
