The fordite has a bold pattern of broad stripes in red, orange, sparkly silver and blue. They are a sister pair - the patterns don't match but the colour palette does so they make sense as a pair. They measure 44mm (from top of hook) by 16mm across, fordite is lightweight so comfortable to wear all day.\r\nFordite is layers of cured paint that builds up on paint lines at vehicle factories where the paint misses the panel it is meant for. This over spray builds up getting baked in between each layer giving a hard material which can be cut and polished to show the colours. This material I believe to have come from a Harley Davidson motorbike factory, they do lots of custom paint jobs which makes pinning down a specific year or factory difficult.
