The fordite has a white based colour palette with stripes of yellow, red, sparkly blue and green, the patterns almost match. These cufflinks would make the perfect gift for a gent who loves his classic cars, they measure 20mm by 12mm and approx 4mm deep. Comes in a gift box.\r\nFordite is layers of cured car paint which builds up in the spray booths getting baked hard in between each colour. The unique colour palette in this particular material has allowed me to date it to 1970 from the Dodge production line - the rough I cut it from features some of the rare hi impact  paint colours and you can see this and some of the other pieces I have made from it in the last photo (the rough and other items aren't included in the sale).
