The details have been added with pottery tools, including a small heart maker's mark.\n\nOnce dry, the piece was bisque fired to 1000°C, gently sanded, then hand-painted with a selection of rainbow-inspired underglazes. It was then finished with a semi-transparent clear stoneware glaze and fired for a second time in the kiln to 1250°C.\n\nApproximate size: 12 cm H x 20 cm W x 0.5 cm D\n\nEach ceramic creation is individually handcrafted by me with love and care, so no two pieces are exactly the same. Every plaque has its own unique character and charm.\n\nA metal ring has been securely attached to the back of the plaque, making it easy to hang on a picture hook.
