My wonderfully bright and cheerful interpretation in glass of an ammonite.  My original design was rainbow coloured but this time I have a new option for you. Blue in lots of different shades..\r\n\r\nI've placed a little faceted crystal in the centre and a bigger faceted teardrop crystal at the end of the swirl. \r\n\r\nThe ammonite shape is formed from 13 pieces of glass, all different colours, lots of streaks and textures.\r\n\r\nI've added a frame of twisted wire to give a more shell-like finish to the edge.\r\n \r\nThe colours are vibrant, the crystals glitter.  I am really very pleased with this design. The streaks in the glass give it an almost 3 dimensional effect.\r\n. \r\nThe suncatcher is 13cm x 12cm and it hangs from a sillver chain which is firmly attached via soldered wire rings to two points on the top.\r\n .. \r\nThis item is absolutely unique.
