{"url":"https://folksy.com/items/8260539-patchwork-pendant-dichroic-glass-p003-gold-plated-chain","title":"Patchwork Pendant Dichroic Glass P003 Gold plated chain","price":12.5,"currency_code":"GBP","provider_name":"Folksy","description":"The patchwork dichroic glass cabochons for my pendants are all unique and handmade, by me, with love.\r\n\r\nThey are fused in my glass kiln to very high temperatures, 1500 degrees F and annealed for strength.\r\n\r\nThey each comprise layers of carefully handcut glass,with the top dichroic layer very magically reflecting or refracting different colours as they catch the light.\r\n\r\nI've designed this as a patchwork which fits so beautfiully with the beauty of the different types of dichroic glass,\r\n\r\nI've tried to capture the different colours by taking several photos to give you a good idea of the colour variations as the glass catches the light. The photos describe the pendant better than any words I can choose.\r\n\r\nThe pendant hangs from a gold plated bail, I choose the bail to best match the colour of the glass and this one suits goldr best.  The bail is securely glued to the back of the cabochon using E6000 strongest glue. \r\nThis is approximately 3cm x 3cm but I make no guarantee of absolute symetry.\r\n\r\nThe pendant is supplied with a lovely gold plated chain, 18cm, as shown in the photos.\r\n\r\nI post these out in a sweet little white gift box, first class, large letter. \r\n\r\nThe last photo shows the other pendants my kiln made in the same little batch.
