I created the prints originally for my first major solo exhibition, entitled 'Donkey Nonsense' at The Millennium Gallery in Sheffield in 2023.\r\n\r\nI have created a lot of donkey-themed prints over the years, as I feel drawn towards their modest nature. I like to celebrate them and imagine them have all sorts of interesting times and adventures when not being watched or bothered by anyone.\r\n\r\nThe landscapes begin life as plasticine sculptures, which I then photograph, turn into linocuts and then finally print as screen-prints.\r\n\r\nDark grey, light green and light blue inks on Antique White Seawhite 280gsm acid-free paper. From an edition of only 12, signed, stamped, titled and numbered.\r\n\r\nThe paper measures H59.4xW42cm.\r\n\r\nHand-printed by myself in Sheffield, UK.
