The basic shape has been formed using core wool shaped with a barbed felting needle. A top coat in appropriate colours has been applied and the markings added. The badger has a black and white face, black underbelly and a thick greyish brown coat. The legs have been formed over wooden dowels to add strength and stability and to aid mounting of the badger. The eyes are black acrylic half pearls.
