These quality porcelain tiles are unglazed and so have a modern matt finish and come in beautiful muted tones.\r\n\r\nCare information:\r\nThese Mosaic Coasters are built onto a wooden base and backed with cork. They are sealed and can be surface cleaned with a soapy cloth - you can even use a bit of diluted bleach for any stubborn tea stains. But due to the wooden base, the coaster must not be submerged in water as the base will swell and may dislodge the tiles.\r\nBy nature, mosaic is a rough, tactile surface but I have smoothed the coaster edges for comfort.
