Some were rescue plates from odds and ends boxes, cracked or badly damaged and others were stand out pieces, slightly damaged and perfect for a new project.\r\n\r\nI found a lovely very damaged tea set including tea pot and jug, some of the plates were in fair condition but a lot had chips, cracks and fading\r\n\r\nThese earrings are made from one of the saucers, the same pattern but different parts of the design. Back, sides have been sanded and sealed with Eco Friendly sealant. Front glaze in tact, backs show slight marks, this is part of the make up of the ceramic.\r\n\r\nSterling Silver fish hooks.\r\nMeasures approximately 22 mm x 18 mm (widest) x 2 mm\r\nFull drop approximately 32 mm\r\n\r\nThe idea is to create something new from old, the finished piece isn't meant to be perfect. Instead, retain marks, stains and scratches, part of the original character of the ceramic.\r\n \r\nDelivered in gift box made from FSC®-certified cardboard and water-based glue. Presented on Jewellery box insert made from tall oil, a by-product of paper production.
