This pretty little one is made of tumbled beach glass from old bottles. When bottles are tossed around in the waves the bases often survive intact because they are thick, and we use these for our sun catchers. All the pieces of glass are slightly curved, which gives the hanger a three-dimensional effect. \r\n\r\nThe sun catcher is 4.2 cm high, 4 cm wide and 8 mm thick. It comes with a length of transparent thread.  \r\n\r\nOur mosaic sun catchers are individually hand made in Chudleigh, Devon. We collect our materials ourselves, mainly from local beaches.  Each piece of glass is unique, so each mosaic is unique.  We only use materials which have rounded edges, which is why we tumble pieces which have rough edges (this continues the process begun by the waves) until they are smooth.  The sun catcher can be washed in warm soapy water. \r\n\r\nThe mosaic sun catcher will be delivered by Royal Mail.
