When dry, I sand the back and sides of the pendants and round off the edges to ensure they are super smooth. They then have their first firing. Next I paint them using under-glazes and apply a transparent glaze before firing again to earthenware. Being glazed all over they are smooth against the skin whilst retaining the texture of the imprinted design. The result is a pleasantly tactile item.\r\n\r\nThis is a one-off listing, the pendant in the photographs is the actual one you will receive.\r\n\r\nThe pendant is 37mm, nearly an inch and a half, across.\r\n\r\nAll my jewellery comes in a hand-stamped box.\r\n\r\nThe chain shown is silver plated and 18\" long with a lobster clasp. I can put the pendant onto a different length chain, as listed in the options. If you have any other requirements, such as metal-free, or a different clasp, message me and I'll let you know what I can do.\r\n\r\nI can also make to order, so if you would like something similar, but a different colour or shape please get in touch.
