I have then added a soft wash of black. These earrings are from a range of coordinating colourful heart-shaped accessories. As with all my jewellery they are made and decorated entirely by hand.\r\n\r\nAfter forming the drops from fine white clay, I imprint my design. When dry, I sand the back and sides and round off any corners to ensure they are super smooth. They then have their first firing. Next I paint them using under-glazes and apply a transparent glaze before firing again to earthenware. Being glazed all over they are smooth against the skin whilst retaining the texture of the imprinted design.
