The centre piece of the hanger is a curved piece of pottery with brown flowers. The curve suggests it has come from a large cup or jug. Some of the other pieces have clearly come from plates or saucers and almost all of them are curved in some way, which gives the piece a three dimensional effect. We have tumbled the pieces of pottery so they are smooth and clean. The back of the hanger is top quality laser cut plywood. \r\n\r\nThe hanger is 9.5 cm across and 9 mm thick.  It comes on an 8 cm cotton cord.  If you would prefer a longer cord please let us know the length you would like.  \r\n\r\nOur pottery wall hangers are individually hand made in Chudleigh, Devon. We collect our materials ourselves, mainly from local beaches.  Each piece of pottery is unique, so each wall hanger is unique.  Because our raw materials have spent time on the seashore our products may have small imperfections, which we think is part of their charm.  We only use materials which have rounded edges, which is why we tumble pieces which have rough edges (this continues the process begun by the waves) until they are smooth.\r\n\r\nThe wall hanger will be delivered by Royal Mail.
