We have framed the flowers with various shades of blue pottery, with white pottery in between. The grouting is silver grey to set off the other colours. We have tumbled the beach pottery until is is clean and smooth. Most of the pottery pieces have come from old plates, so they are slightly curved, which adds to the three dimensional effect of the piece. The back of the hanger is top quality laser cut plywood which has an attractive brown edge. \r\n\r\nThe hanger is 7.5 cm high, 7 cm wide and 9 mm thick.  It comes on a 10 cm cotton cord.  If you would prefer a longer cord please let us know the length you would like. \r\n \r\nOur pottery wall hangers are individually hand made in Chudleigh, Devon. We collect our materials ourselves, mainly from local beaches.  Each piece of pottery is unique, so each wall hanger is unique.  Because our raw materials have spent time on the seashore our products may have small imperfections, which we think is part of their charm.  We only use materials which have rounded edges, which is why we tumble pieces which have rough edges (this continues the process begun by the waves) until they are smooth.\r\n\r\nThe wall hanger will be delivered by Royal Mail.
