Some beach pottery has coloured cracks in the glaze because it has spent time in the water.  Pieces of pottery with flowers on are among our favourites, so we save them to be the centre pieces of our mosaics. This lovely hanger has been made with blue and white beach pottery and grouted in silver grey. We have tumbled the pottery so it is smooth and clean. The back of the hanger is top quality laser cut plywood. \r\n\r\nThe hanger is 7.5 cm high,7  cm wide and 9 mm thick.  It comes on a 9 cm cotton cord.  If you would prefer a longer cord please let us know the length you would like. \r\n \r\nOur pottery wall hangers are individually hand made in Chudleigh, Devon. We collect our materials ourselves, mainly from local beaches.  Each piece of pottery is unique, so each wall hanger is unique.  Because our raw materials have spent time on the seashore our products may have small imperfections, which we think is part of their charm.  We only use materials which have rounded edges, which is why we tumble pieces which have rough edges (this continues the process begun by the waves) until they are smooth.\r\n\r\nThe wall hanger will be delivered by Royal Mail.
