I've given the surface an attractive hammered finish before heat colouring.\r\n\r\nThe titanium shapes measure approximately 4.7 x 4.7 cm and are hung from sterling silver earring wires I have also hand made.  \r\n\r\nThese earrings are quite large and make a statement however as they are also lightweight they should still be comfortable to wear.\r\n\r\nTitanium is a hard wearing lightweight metal perfect for earrings and suitable for every day wear.  Titanium doesn't tarnish however if you wish to clean it you can do so in warm soapy water, without using any abrasives and dry with a soft cloth.
