I thought a little crop top style, with bow would look great for a peg bag.  As you can see from some of the photos I have designed it with a gusset at the bottom which makes it much easier to put your hand in and get the pegs out and this part has a very strong interfacing built in.  I have not used a child hanger but cut down a adult size one as it is much stronger (easily removed for washing).\r\nFinally I finished it off with a matching pink lace at the bottom.\r\nThe bag itself is 10\" tall (hangs 15\" with hanger) and measures 12\" across at the top and 9\" at the bottom.
