All handcut by me, decorated and then fused in my kiln.\r\n\r\nMy glass fusing kiln is only small so these fused glass pieces are all one-off designs, no mass production possible. \r\n\r\nA 16cm square trivet or pot stand, 6 mm thick,  fired in my kiln to a very hot temperature. This fuses all the glass together to a lovely smooth finish.\r\n\r\nThe trivet has a base layer of clear glass which is then topped with squares of green glass, 4 types. Some iridescent with a golden sheen and another is clear with green streaks to make this piece really interesting.\r\n\r\nIn the centre I've formed a square from frit which I've made myself from matching green glass. I've added a luxurious sparkle to the frit with dichroic glass chips .\r\n\r\nA rather beautiful piece of glass.
