A limited edition lino print of an historic Derbyshire sandstone building in the picturesque Peak District village of Rowsley. Originally built in the 1600s as a Manor House it has been an Inn and Hotel since the 1800s

The Peacock Hotel is part of the Haddon estate in the wonderful Derbyshire Peak district. It has a rich history and holds many memories of family events and occasions as well as a very interesting guest book. Many a famous actor has resided in this beautiful Country Hotel.

Printed on A3 heavyweight cartridge paper using Caligo safe wash inks in tones of golden yellow and black. This is a multiblock linoprint and is inked with a graduated golden yellow background and therefore there will be slight variations. Each one has been handprinted on my etching press.
Will fit a standard 30 x 40 frame.

The Peacock's guest book has some well known signatures and is also a favourite destination for fly fishing
