Full description
A self-standing small glass panel of a pair of dragonflies amongst the reeds, painted using traditional stained glass enamels which are then kiln-fired to make them permanent. The enamel has been 'washed' onto a piece of light moss green glass, and then removed using the sgraffito technique to enable the light to show through. The glass has then been heated in the kiln over a mould at 650°C, which fixes the enamel and also 'slumps' it into the desired shape.
The panel measures 15 x 10cm, excluding the stand. Display on a sunny windowsill, so that the light will flood through.
