I have been making my own jewellery for 10 years now, and still love every minute of it!

The name' ZaksJewel' was inspired by my younger brother, Zak, who I lost to a brain tumour. His courage made me even more determined to carry on with something I loved.

My aim is to produce beautiful, unique pieces that make people happy. Many of the pieces I make are one-offs, so you will own something that is special and can't be found anywhere else!

DELIVERY

All orders for U.K. delivery are subject to a £2.80 postage charge, except for earrings which are subject to a £1.80 postage charge. For additional items, a further 50p is added for each one. All items are sent by 1st class recorded delivery.

Your order should arrive within 5 days, and will require a signature upon receipt.

For overseas customers, orders are subject to a £3.80 postage charge, with a further £1.00 for each additional item.

PLEASE NOTE: If the p +p results in being considerably less than quoted, I will refund the difference.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

In the unlikely event that you do have a problem with one of my products, please contact me immediately.

If you do need to return an item, please return it to me unused, in its original packaging for an immediate refund or exchange, within 10 days.

For hygiene reasons, unfortunately earrings for pierced ears are not returnable.
