Hello. My name isn’t really Woolly Duck you know!! It is Angela and I live in Yorkshire with my family. I am a Seamstress by trade, doing clothing alterations and making various garments to order. As much as I enjoy doing this work, it doesn't give my creative mind much of a chance to express itself. This is why I love spending my spare time doing wet-felting. The sky really seems to be the limit as far as creativity is concerned! I love having my hands in the kitchen sink ( felting, not washing up) whilst listening to radio 4 & radio 4 extra - my idea of heaven :-)

Payment by Paypal only please, for all buyers. I will package up and send your order as quickly as I can once your payment has cleared. This will usually be within the next 2-3 working days.

Postage

I will send your parcel by Royal Mail first class.

Refunds & exchanges

Hopefully you will be delighted with your order, but if for some reason you are not, then please don't hesitate to get in touch with me. This way we can work out the problem. If after that you still want to return anything, then once I have received the item(s) back, I will repay the cost of the item(s) minus postage, to you via Paypal.

Packaging

I like to do my 'bit' for recycling, so please don't be offended if your order arrives packaged in a cereal or a tea-bag box!
