Based in Shropshire in the UK, I design and hand make all my items from home. I make retro style soft toys, cushions, bags, gifts and accessories and greeting cards based on my own artwork.

I sell at regular craft fairs, through retail outlets, on Etsy and now on Folksy.

Payment

I accept Paypal as my preferred payment method although I will also accept payment by Personal Cheque or Postal Order. Please contact me if you wish to use either of these alternative methods.

Post & Packing

Items will be well-packaged, and posted throughout the UK by 1st Class mail within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment. Sometimes, but not always, I can also get to the post office on Saturdays.

Returns

Care is taken to ensure customer satisfaction. However, items may be returned for a full refund, including original P&P, within 7 days of receipt. They must be unused, in saleable condition, and in any original packaging. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. Please note that, for obvious reasons, special custom orders are non-returnable. Thank you.
