Hi! We're Joe and Jenny of The Felted Rainbow.

Our shop sells Eco-fi craft felt which is manufactured in the USA from recycled plastic bottles. We stock 34 different colours which can be bought in ready made packs or you can pick your own selection of colours. At the moment we sell it in 12" x 9" rectangles but if you would like larger pieces or whole rolls then please do get in touch and we will be happy to see what we can do.

We can also be found at our blog where you will be able to find out more about our felt, what we can offer and to keep informed on new products, promotions and giveaways. Shop Policies (the boring, but important, bit!):

PAYMENT

- Payment is to be made via Paypal.
- Payment is due within 2 days of purchasing the item.

SHIPPING

- Items are sent via Royal Mail to UK addresses and by Airmail to international addresses.
- Items are shipped within 2 days of receiving payment.
- As we try to keep every aspect of our business as ecologically friendly as possible, our orders will be sent out in clean, recycled packaging.

RETURNS

- Please contact us before returning any items that you are unhappy with.
- Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on cost of shipping.
