My shop is dedicated to plush toys and ornaments with a few other pretty things thrown in to surprise you! Everything is designed and handmade by me in a pet and smoke free environment.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or have any requests for a product you would like. I am happy to make custom items so if you see something you like but would prefer it in a different colour or size please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

Sales Policy

I will only send items once I have received payment. Please pay me within three working days of placing your order. If you do not pay within three working days and have not been in touch with me then I will assume you no longer wish to purchase the item and will cancel the order.

Payment

I accept payment via paypal only. Don’t worry if you do not have a paypal account – paypal allows you to pay via credit or debit cards.

Postage

Your item will be posted within three working days (although usually sooner) of me receiving your payment. I will post items first class in the UK and using airmail overseas. If you require signed for or next day delivery then please contact me to arrange this – I will charge you the additional amount for this. Note that my postage costs are based on the actual cost of posting the items to you.

Note that I will combine postage for multiple purchases, charging the single highest postage charge on the items with subsequent items charged at the lower rate.

Returns

I want you to be completely happy with the items you buy from me. However, in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me as soon as possible. A full refund of the product price and original (but not return) postage will be given once the product has been returned in the original packaging unused and in a re-saleable condition. This must be done within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please contact me if you require a refund or exchange before sending anything back to me. I recommend you get proof of postage as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Please note that custom items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
