stars and scars is named because it describes my main creative source - my hands.
just below my right hand i have a white tattoo of a star.
on the palm of my left hand i have an inch long scar from a carpal tunnel operation.
i went to university for three years and have a degree in jewellery design and silversmithing. on my course we were taught not only traditional materials and techniques but encouraged to explore more unusual designs.
i found that my love was in using non traditional materials, so most of my work is in plastic, paper, found objects etc.
i hope you enjoy my work, i'm always open to commissions and would love to make a custom order for you!

payment
I accept Paypal. Please pay within 7 days! If you are having trouble with payment, please let me know. Once I have received your payment, I can make and send your one off creation!

postage
Since each piece is made just for you, postage will take a few days. Also please bear in mind I do work full time as well as selling online, but I will take a detour to the post office on the way home :)
My shipping costs cover first class postage (within UK) or Airmail, plus packing and handling. I get proof of postage, just in case. I usually use recycled padded envelopes, (trying my best to be a little bit green) so your envelope may look scruffy but your jewellery will look anything but!

refunds
If your items are not what you had hoped, I am happy to refund or exchange for items of a similar value. Please let me know within 7 days if you want a refund or an exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping and items must be in their original and saleable condition.

If your items arrive broken please contact me and let me know what happened! If possible please send photos of the damage to package and item.

Unfortunately I cannot refund or exchange on items which have been personalised for you, e.g. added a name, unless damaged.
