I am from Southampton and have been making jewellery on a bespoke basis for many years. I studied Art and Design at Southampton University and Jewellery Design at Southampton City College. Loving photography I am often inspired by pictures to create designs for new projects, but I find inspiration almost everywhere for my work.I have a passion for jewellery, and became interested in making it when I could not find designs that I wanted in the marketplace. This led to me creating pieces for myself my family and some friends. Which in turn led to others asking for specific designs to be made for them. So I created my business, to try to give everyone the chance to have quality handmade jewellery, made exactly the way they want it.

I also offer a bespoke service which is a complete hands on experience. It includes; consultation to discuss your idea, a full design sketch, work in progress pictures to accompany the piece, gift packaging and a 1 year repair guarantee. I accept PayPal as my method of payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can make purchases through PayPal using a credit card without having an account. Just select PayPal for your payment option and on the next screen you will be able to enter your credit information without creating an account.Payment through Paypal is required within 3 days of purchase or the transaction will be cancelled and the item will be re-listed. If payment cannot be made within 3 days please contact me via Folksy or email and I would be happy to try other arrangements with you.

I aim to send out all orders as soon as possible, usually a day after payment. Where possible, I reuse packaging to minimise waste. All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail recorded post and should arrive within 2 days of posting. If Special Delivery is required (insured), please add £5.50 to the shipping fee. Please contact me if you would like to use this service.International orders will be sent via AIRSURE which may take anything upto 28 business days. I will provide the tracking number for all my orders upon request, just let me know if you require it.Proof of postage is kept for all orders. Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen/uninsured items. All of my work is hand wrapped and well packaged. If the item arrives damaged via the mail and you purchased insurance, please contact me immediately and I will send you your shipping receipts, so you can contact your post office.

You are of course allowed to change your mind!! If you wish to return an item, please inform me within 7 days of receipt. I will refund your payment including my postage costs. Unless your item is faulty, you are responsible for return postage costs by a trackable insured method. You have a statutory duty to ensure the item is returned to me as soon as possible and in good condition. If required, I will attempt to repair damaged items but this may not always be possible.
