About My Sock Monkeys:
All of my sock monkeys are my own design and each of them their own distinct personality. The nature of socks means that it is impossible to work from templates and, as a result, I put many hours of love into each one of my sock monkeys to get them just right, and no two are ever exactly the same.

Sock Monkey SAFETY INFORMATION
My sock monkeys are soft artworks and are decorative items only. They are not toys, are not tested for safety and are not suitable for children. They are designed and intended exclusively for adult collectors over 14 years of age. Please do not buy my work for children, or if children are otherwise likely to get hold of it.

I'm not currently taking any new custom orders for sock monkeys.

Payment
I accept Paypal only - please remember to pay within 24 hours of your purchase. I will email you to remind you if you don't pay immediately.

You can pay by credit or debit card by clicking on 'pay by paypal' until you get the option to pay by card and follow the instructions.

CURRENCY CONVERSION
All prices are in GBP/£ (Pounds Sterling) but Paypal will automatically convert other currencies at checkout, so you can still buy from my shop if GBP is not your local currency.

Shipping
Your item will be despatched within 2 working days of receipt of your payment.

Sock Monkeys
Sock Monkeys are packaged in brown paper and string, and shipped in bubble wrap and a plastic mailing bag. Please note that your parcel will be bulky and will not fit through a standard letterbox. International order are further wrapped in bubble wrap and LOADS of tape.

ACEOs
ACEOs are packaged in an acid-free clear polypropylene trading-card sleeve, inside a folded card, and then shipped in a hard-backed envelope.

Giftwrapping
Giftwrapping and giftnote can be added to any item at no extra cost - please let me know the name of the recipient and the note you would like me to include in the 'Message to Seller' section when making your purchase.

Expedited Shipping & Tracking
If you require your item more quickly or with tracking, this is usually available at extra cost - please contact me for more info.

UK SHIPPING
Items to UK are sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded as standard (estimated 1-2 working days). Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are sent standard airmail (estimated 3-5 working days). Please allow up to 25 working days for delivery. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES

Help! My order hasn't arrived!
If your parcel has not arrived after this time, please let me know so that I can offer you a refund or replacement.

Refunds: Returns and Exchanges
INCORRECT ORDERS, DAMAGES & CANCELLATIONS
If, when your order arrives, it is incorrect or has been damaged in the post, or if you are otherwise unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me immediately to arrange to return the item/s to me. You must do so within 7 working days of receiving your order.
