Sian bostwick jewellery is created in Rochester in England by me Sian, in my small yet wonderful workshop. I am a trained jewellery designer maker, I work in silver, gold and titanium. Each piece of the Titanium is heat anodized individually which produces a layer of oxides giving the titanuim its colour, each peices colour is slightly different and no two are exactly the same but range from bright and vibrant light blue, golden highlights, dark blue and rich purple tones. The photographs simply do the colouring justice. Each piece is lovingly, skilfully and professionally handmade to the highest standard, every piece is highly individual and unique. My fairytale mind means that each collection is influenced by a number of elements like dreamscapes, illustrations, story’s and fashion as well as the world that surrounds me. Turning these into pieces of jewellery that will be loved and treasured forever. Bespoke & Commissions
If you cant see anything that you really love or would like something in the shop a bit different and want something extra special, you can either message me though folksy or though my email at sian_bostwick@live.co.uk for any questions or suggestions. A bespoke piece can be created for any budget and desire. I will work with you to create a design exactly as you want and once the design is confirmed a unique reserved listing will be created so that the piece can be ordered and purchased. the jewellery peice will be handcrafted after full payment thoughe folksy and will typicaly take 10 days
Payment
Payment is though paypal at the moment I do not accept other forms of payment, I do however have items stocked on other sites and in shops & galleries where other forms of payment maybe accepted for links to these please see my website.
Delivery & Postage
some of my pieces are in stock and can ship immedatly so this will take 3-5 days to arrive to the UK, this however shifts and changes and most pieces will be handemade to order and these will take 7 -10 days to arrive if shiping to the UK.any buyer will be notified of the shipping and order situation on purchase, delivery to the USA obusly take longer to arrive onece postec.
UK
My standard delivery is between £2.50 and £4.00 and all UK items are sent recorded/ signed for though royal mail.
USA
Items to the USA are sent via royal mail airsure and insured to the full value (max insurance) of the item and a tracking code can be provided if necessary. This delivery will take longer to arrive typically 5-10 days once it has been posted. post to the US is not consierd lost by royal mailuntil the 6 week mark, so please be paitent and bear in mind holidays, weather and customs
Refunds
In compliance with the distance selling regulations you the purchaser has the right to a refund up to 7 days after the receipt of the item if the piece is returned to me in the exact condition it was sent in. if you have any problems let me know as I would rather resolve any issues without have to get to the refund and return stage. earring cannot be returned and refunded for hyigen reasons
Hallmarking
All precious metal (silver, gold and platinum) items and parts are hallmarked with the exception of those items under 7.78 grams (pendant chains, ear studs etc)
These items are hallmarked at the London assay office, goldsmith’s hall and bear the traditional finesse marks and material mark, my makers mark, assay office mark and date stamp as a grantee of quality and materials used.
Titanium dose not need hallmarking.
Hallmarking can also be provided on bespoke pieces in silver, gold and platinum but please bear in mind the delay this will add to delivery time.
