I'm a web and graphic designer and illustrator providing creative design services for crafters, artists, bloggers, and small businesses around the world.

Creativity found me in the 80s with sticky tape and a Berol pen in one hand, and The Tiger Who Came to Tea in the other.

Now I've added CSS and pixels to my tool box and I'm still partial to a good story.

I want to make sure your transaction is as smooth as possible so I have created some simple shop policies.

If you are not at all happy with your files then please, don’t hesitate to contact me as I want to make sure you are 110% satisfied!

I only accept Paypal. You may only cancel your purchase before receiving any files (due to the nature of the products).

Once you receive your files, I don’t offer a refund or exchange due to the nature of the products. As I mention above, if you are not at all happy with your files then please contact me and I can work to resolve any issues.

Unless otherwise stated in item description, designs will be resold either in full, or part in different formats, colours, products etc, either digitally or on tangible items.

All designs (and elements of) will remain copyrighted and rights reserved to Ruffle Media. Some designs may contain elements using commercial images/vectors/brushes or fonts, of which the original designer retains the rights to.

I reserve the right to use completed designs online or in print as examples of my work.

You can only purchase a logo package for your own business as a logo design. You may only use designs for the purpose they were purchased for. You may not copy, modify, transfer or re-sell all or part of the designs in any way, or use them on tangible items if they were not intended for this purpose. If your files do not include printables such as business cards, tags etc feel free to contact me for a made to match design to complement what you have already purchased in my shop.

Please make sure you double check any personal details before emailing them to me (for personalising designs). It is your responsibility to check your files once you receive them to make sure all personal details included in designs are correct.
