Shop Policies:

Payment ~ Folksy only allows payment through PayPal. Don’t worry, you don’t need to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal if using a credit or debit card. Please pay within 3 days of adding item to your basket. Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any problems with the process.

Some of our products are available in various colours, please contact us as soon as you have made your order telling me which colour you want. We will also contact you.

We am open to commissions. Please get in touch with us to discuss it before placing an order.

Please ensure that your PayPal address is up to date as this is where purchases will be sent, unless you request otherwise.

Refunds/ Exchanges ~ We spend alot of time making sure photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible. We hope that you will love your purchase from Map & Weave, but if for any reason you are unhappy with it when it arrives, please contact me within 7 days of recieveing the item(s) so we can work together to resolve the issue.
