All Pippin products are designed and handmade by me, Rachel Young. I'm a textiles graduate,
inspired by even the tiniest scrap of fabric or wool, and my work is all about having a huge sense of fun with accessories- I love to see a sophisticated outfit set off by a mad brooch! I'm particularly inspired by food, flowers, creatures and tea, so that will be a huge theme in my work.
I love to weave, sew, knit, illustrate and print,
so I have created this range to allow imagination to run amok with thread, fabric, paint and glue. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

I accept PayPal payment in GBP.
I can only ship items once payment has cleared in full.

♥ Postage ♥

Items are shipped beautifully wrapped in tissue and a bow, with one of our gorgeous labels attached. I never price things inside the tissue paper, so your item will arrive gift ready. Please let me know if you wish me to incude a message on the tag for you.

I ship worldwide using Royal Mail First Class within the UK, and Royal Mail Airmail everywhere else! I try to ship within 3 days of clearance of payment, excluding weekends and bank holidays.Please note that it may take 7 days to get your items in the post as each is handmade individually, and I work full time too! I will love you for your patience!

The price quoted for p&p covers first class postage and packaging. If you would like your items posted recorded delivery, please let me know. This will cost an extra £1.

♥ Returns and Exchanges ♥

As a rule, I will only exchange items if they arrive with you damaged, or differ a good deal from the item listed. Every case is different, so please let me know if you have any problems with your items.

♥ Feedback ♥

I love getting feedback, so fire away! But please discuss any issues with me before leaving negative feedback, its only polite!

I try to leave feedback at least once a week, but please bear with me if it takes a little while!

♥ Non-Payment ♥

If you change your mind for any reason, please let me know asap and I will cancel the transaction. I don't bite, promise!

If your Paypal is misbehaving, as it is prone to do, let me know, and we'll work something out.

I reserve the right to cancel any unpaid transactions after 72 hours, and will leave negative feedback in such a situation. Please don't make me get nasty!
