I am based in North East Derbyshire and I absolutely love using felt and various other materials (sometimes recycled) to make my items.

Most of my items are one off creations, so you will always find something that no one else will have. I enjoy making purses, covers, pouches and all my items are handmade and all seams and patterns are hand stitched.

If there is something in my shop you like but its just not the right colour, just send me a message and I am sure I can sort it out for you.

Payments
I prefer to receive all payments through paypal as this covers both me and you. Its the best method to buy online nowadays and it is secure.

Cancellations
You are able to cancel your order within 48hours of your purchase. Just send me a quick message through Folksy to say you've changed your mind and ill refund your payment.

Refunds
You are able to ask for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the item. Just send me a quick message through Folksy to say you would like a refund. You will then need to send the item back to me in its original condition and I will then refund your payment when the item has been received.

Custom Orders
Please feel free to contact me for custom orders. If you would like something made in specific colours then just send me a message with your requirements and I will be happy to make it for you.
