Meet the maker nikki townsend

I love all things design and have a passion for making things from ‘scrap’ that I find. I get a certain satisfaction from steering clear of high street retail chains and think the more bespoke, custom and individual the product is, the better really. I am fortunate to live on a farm with my gorgeous boyfriend who makes big steel live stock containers and other agricultural things. There is a lot of scrap that comes from that, so I spend my time salvaging it. There is of course, also a lot of timber, fallen trees, broken fences, old buildings etc so I am in my element at the weekend rummaging around.
