Lupin Handmade is run by me, Laura "Lupin" Howard. I live in England, drink a lot of tea and am completely obsessed with felt :)

I sell handmade felt flower brooches, bird brooches, flower headbands, animal masks and other felt loveliness plus felt squares and other craft supplies for your own projects.

All my feltworks are 100% handstitched, and all pieces are cut by hand from my own original patterns. No mechanised cutters, no sewing machine and definitely no glue - just me and my scissors and a needle and thread.

Shipping
I ship 1st Class within the UK, and by Airmail internationally. My shipping price covers postage and packaging. If you require insurance please contact me before payment and I will send a revised invoice. I will ship your order within a week (7 days) of cleared payment and mark your order as shipped so you know your parcel is on its way.

Safety and Allergies
Many of my items are great for the young at heart but they are not toys and they are not designed for children under 14, particularly the under 3s due to small and/or sharp parts. The felt I use may have a low wool content and my brooch backs are nickel plated.

Refunds and Returns
I do not offer exchanges on orders, but if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return unused goods within 10 business days of receiving them. You must contact me before returning any items, and I reserve the right to refuse any returns if the condition of the goods differs from that which was sent out. All refunds will be issued via Paypal for the price of the goods only - initial postage costs are non-refundable, but in cases where goods are not as ordered or damaged I will issue an additional refund of postage costs incurred while returning the order.

All of my designs are handmade by me, from my own original ideas and patterns. Please do not copy my work! I retain the copyright on my items even after sale. All transactions are subject to UK law.
