A little bit about me
Hi, I'm Liz. I'd like to welcome you to my folksy shop.

I'm just a normal mum, going about the normal, everyday things that mums do.
I cook dinner, wash clothes, and nag the kids to keep their rooms tidy, just like anyone else (though I must admit that I'm useless at cleaning myself).

I've moved away from making jewellery recenly and am now concentrating on supplying beads and findings etc.

Please read these terms and conditions before making your purchase. By ordering from The Little Bead Box, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms.

Product Descriptions

Every effort is made to accurately describe the products listed on this website. All photographs are taken by Liz Dyson and are for guidance only. Colours may vary depending on your computer and browser settings. With particular reference to the beads and findings listed here, it should be noted that there is always slight variation in the colour and form as many of these items are handmade.

Payment

There are no minimum order requirements.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (currently 20%).

Payments, both domestic and international, can be made with Credit or Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Amex, Maestro, Solo, Electron, Delta) via PayPal.

You do not need a PayPal account to do this.

PayPal processes your payment details and does NOT pass your card details back to the retailer

Shipping & Handling

After you have placed an order, Folksy will confirm your order via email. Please contact me ASAP if anything is amiss. Items will be despatched the same day where possible, but certainly within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will receive another email from me confirming despatch when your order has been posted.

International Orders: Please note that any import duties and/or additional taxes or charges of any kind are the buyer’s responsibility and not that of The Little Bead Box.

Returns

You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched for a full refund.

I hope that you will be delighted with your items, but if, for any reason you are not, you may return your order anytime within 7 working days of its receipt to receive a full refund (return postage is not included). I will refund the price of the item/s and the delivery charges, but cannot pay for return postage, unless there has been a picking error, or the item is damaged, in which case, I will be happy to refund your expenses through PayPal.

Please contact me via email as soon as a problem arises so that I can work something out for you. Returned items must be received back in their original condition and packaging. Please retain proof of posting, as items cannot be refunded until they have been received back at The Little Bead Box. Hopefully, none of this will happen.

Every effort is taken to ensure that your order is correct. In the unlikely event of any item bring missing or incorrect then please let me know within 3 days of receipt. All efforts will be made to rectify the situation.

Data Protection

All data supplied to The Little Bead Box is treated in the strictest confidence. You details will not be passed to any third party.

Payments made via PayPal are secure and PayPal do not pass any of your credit/debit card details on to the retailer.

I reserve the right to make changes to the website and/or terms and conditions at any time.
