All items are hand made by me at my home in Norwich, UK.

All Knitted items are hand wash only. After washing an Item reshape and dry as flat as possible. I take no responsibility for felting or damage caused by machine washing.

Many items I knit are made from recycled wool, taken from charity shop/vintage purchases, when stated as recycled the wool has been thoroughly washed before and after unpicking the garment.

Due to lack of knowledge of previous owner of recycled projects I cannot guarantee that items are totally pet hair or smoke free. Although as stated above items are thoroughly washed.

Will always be stated on individual items if new or recycled yarn is used.

PAYMENT

All transaction are through PayPal
You can pay through PayPal without a PayPal account using your debit/credit card even if you do not have a paypal account
If you pay by eCheck through PayPal the item will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared.
If payment is not received I will send a reminder after 3 days, If after 7 days a payment is still not received I reserve the right to cancel the order and re-list the item
Items will not be shipped until payment is received.

SHIPPING

All items shipped through Royal mail
Shipping costs have been calculated through the Royal Mail website.
Shipping costs include postage and packaging.
UK Packages are sent by first class mail
EU and overseas packages are sent by airmail
Packages are not tracked unless requested and extra cost is covered.
Proof of posting is always obtained

All items will be shipped within 3 business days of payment.

If an item is to be custom made please allow 7-10days before shipping

If a different delivery method is required for speed or security I will be happy to do so as long as the cost is covered. To request this send a conversation or email kezallen@live.co.uk

If you are in the area of Norwich, UK and would like to arrange to pick up you purchase instead of shipping please contact me to arrange prior to purchasing and I will alter shipping prices accordingly.

*INTERNATIONAL BUYERS*
Please note that I am based in the UK and that International shipping may incur customs costs which you as the customer are liable to pay.

RETURNS POLICY

I have been fortunate enough not to have any problems with shipping delays in my shops so far, but if you do not receive your item within a 14 days of shipping please do keep me informed. I always retain proof of postage and can maybe resolve the issue if I know about it.
If I do not hear from a customer within 6 weeks of shipping I will assume a successful delivery and close the sale in my records.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I do take custom orders please feel free to contact me if you would like any of the designs you see in alternative colours/materials, and I will get back to you as soon as possible with ideas and a quote for costs. For custom orders I will request a non refundable deposit for the cost of materials before starting to knit. (If the item's full price is under £10 I will request full payment before starting to make.)

Custom orders will be charged at full price sale prices are not applicable for custom orders

As with other orders custom items will not be shipped until payment is made.
