By the way, welcome to handmadecharlie, now one of Folksy's Featured Sellers! I hope you like my Collection. My pieces have been inspired by fabrics and old fashioned florals. Theres just something delicious about little snippets of pattern. All items are lovingly made from Sterling Silver and other pretty things. Handmade in Birmingham, England.

All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed for™. If you need a quicker delivery, please contact me for additional charges.

International
All items are sent by Royal Mail's standard Airmail. Which aims to deliver to Europe within three working days and Worldwide within five working days.

If you would like to upgrade your delivery, please contact me for additional charges. Royal Mail's Airsure™, provides a tracking service and is said to be about a day quicker than standard Airmail. (Please note: Airsure™ is not available to all countries.)

PLEASE NOTE Damage / Loss / Delay occurred during transport is beyond Handmadecharlie's responsibility. For loss/damage by the postal service, refunds can be given only when compensation has been received from Royal mail.
