All items made in a pet free smoke free home. Only once payment has been received and cleared will goods be shipped. I post everything as soon as I can, never more than 3 days after payment has been received (unless otherwise stated). My shipping costs cover first class postage to mainland UK, recorded delivery, packing and handling. Special Delivery can be requested for an additional fee.
Refunds and exchanges: If your item/s are unsatisfactory I am happy to refund or exchange goods of a similar value. Contact me within 7 days if you want a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping and item/s must be in its original condition. Please note: refunds do not include shipping costs.
