I am Nichola of Granny Ruth's. Originally trained in textiles and ceramics & glass, I have an honours degree in 3 Dimensional Design and a Diploma in textiles. I love working in felt which to me is a very sculptural textile. A lot of my work is also based on my love of nature, and I am inspired by the colours and shapes in nature around me. All patterns and work have been designed by me and each piece is cut and stitched by hand. All Granny Ruth work is made exclusively from recycled felt or handmade from merino wool.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING
All items are packaged securely in tissue paper and shredded paper or boxed where appropriate and posted first class. Where possible we use recycleable and/or recycled packaging.

RETURNS
If you wish to return an item then please contact me within seven days of receipt. Item must be returned within 14 days and in original condition/with original packaging. Postage cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty.
