Hi there! Welcome to Glamourpuss Jewellery. My name is Kate and I make all my jewellery at home in the lovely city of York. Sometimes on sunny days I put pieces together while sitting in the garden with the smell of chocolate floating by from the local chocolate factory!

Shop Policies:

Payment ~ Folksy only allows payment through PayPal. Don’t worry, you don’t need to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal if using a credit or debit card. Please pay within 3 days of adding item to your basket. Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any problems with the process.

Shipping ~ All items are sent with Royal Mail, First Class Post and I always obtain proof of postage. If you require insurance for your parcel, please contact me and I can alter the postage costs accordingly to Recorded or Special Delivery. I aim to send all orders within 2 days of receipt of payment.

Please ensure that your PayPal address is up to date as this is where purchases will be sent, unless you request otherwise.

I often re-use padded envelopes – this helps to do our bit for the environment and keeps your postage costs down too!

Refunds/ Exchanges ~ I take a great amount of time and effort photographing my items and describing them as fully as I possible. I hope that you will love your purchase, but if for any reason you are unhappy with it when it arrives, please contact me within 7 days of receipt and hopefully we can work together to resolve the issue. If a refund is required, this will be granted (less p+p) upon my receipt of the unworn item.
