MY name is Jo and I live in Cornwall, a beautiful inspirational place surrounded by sea, yet with wilds of moorland, so much to inspire me! Each piece is unique and although I can recreate some pieces they never will be exactly the same! Using Sterling, karen Hill Tribe, or bali Silver, gemstones, lampwork (artisan beads) and even sea glass - each componant is chosen for not only its quality but its beauty.

Sometimes shipping costs will seem high once you are going through checkout ~ anything under £30 will be sent first class (unless otherwise instructed by you) Anything over this amount will be sent registered post ~ I will therefore refund anything over £5 charged.

Gem Heaven Jewellery is wrapped in tissue paper and placed in an organza bag. Please let me know if this is a gift so I can make it extra special ~ of course any higher priced items will come in a special gemheaven box.

I want you to be as happy with your purchase as I was creating it - if for any reason you are not happy please let me know within 48 hrs. I will refund you - or exchange quite happily but please be aware shipping is the buyers responsibility I will not be refunding you the shipping.
