Hello and welcome to fyberknitics.I make stitched and knitterly goodies as I love wool, fabric and fibre, and have never met a bit of felt I didn't like! I love to make things with the combination of colour and texture that only textiles can provide. In addition to hand knitting and crochet, I enjoy creating my own designs with felt, fabric and fibres to make textile jewellery and accessories. I am a bit of a magpie and will often use buttons and found 'treasures' to embellish my work too.All items are handmade by me using quality materials and to my own design.
Shipping: I ship 1st Class within the UK and my shipping price covers postage and packaging. If you require insurance please contact me before payment and I will send a revised invoice. I will ship your order within 3 working days of cleared payment and email you to update you when your order has been dispatched.

Refunds and Returns: I hope you will be happy with your purchase, however if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return unused goods within 10 business days of receiving them. Please do contact me before returning any items, and I reserve the right to refuse any returns if the condition of the goods differs from that which was sent out. All refunds will be issued via Paypal for the price of the goods only - initial postage costs are non-refundable, but in cases where goods are not as ordered or damaged please contact me to discuss - customer care is a priority.
