Foundlings Jewellery is an alternative jewellery line with a conscience for recycling and repurposing found objects wherever possible.

New items are also used in the making process, so some designs will be repeatable and some will be totally unique, variety is the spice of life!

PAYMENT

Payment by paypal please, and I hate to have to say things like this but due to the recent increase in incomplete transactions sales will be cancelled if not paid for or no contact is made within 48 hours, sorry about that but there you go, please contact me if there's a problem!

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

I post as soon as payment is received - always within 48hrs, usually within 24 - if you are in a particular rush please send a message with payment and I will do my best to accommodate! Please be a little patient with the postal service... once they've left my hands I can't make parcels go any faster! Within UK should always only be a couple of days, but may be a little longer for overseas shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Unless faulty, exchanges or refunds are not available on earrings for hygiene reasons, but again please contact me if there are any problems. On other items exchanges and refunds (minus postal costs and sellers fees) are possible if you get hold of me right away to let me know, and items are returned in the condition they were received within 14 days.
