I trained originally as a Graphic Designer (in the pre - computer age ) which I loved as it was all gouache,Magic Markers,Indian ink , icky sticky Cow Gum ,darkrooms and lots more
.My first 'make' (aged 4 ) was a pair of cardboard and string flip- flops which disintegrated in the rain ,but, undeterred have been making ,designing or painting ever since!
I have a bit of a passion for old sewing machines and have a growing collection ranging in date from 1860 -1937 and if they work I use them ! Then there's my collection of tins - now mostly in the loft, but i can't resist a vintage tin !
