Hello. I'm Emma and I live by the sea in Brighton in the UK. By day I am a mild-mannered illustrator, but by night I morph into a crazy knitting, sewing, badge-making, screenprinting, crocheting, felting, photograph-taking, cake-baking machine! I love playing with red buttons, and am only *slightly* addicted to aprons.

The Boring Bit:

PAYMENT: Please pay for your purchases via PayPal. If you don’t already have a PayPal account, it’s very easy to set one up. If you don’t want to register with PayPal you can use a credit or debit card on the PayPal site. I always wait until payment is received before shipping, any unpaid for items will be relisted within 3 days.

POSTAGE: All items are sent out by Royal Mail 1st Class post within 48 hours of receipt of payment unless stated otherwise in the item listing. If you would like your purchase sent by Recorded or Special Delivery, then please contact me and I shall try my best to accommodate. There will be an extra charge for any Recorded or Special Delivery items.

Any international orders will be sent by Airmail, which is is not a tracked service. If you would like your purchase to be tracked, again, please contact me and I can arrange that for an extra charge.

Most importantly, *PLEASE* ensure your PayPal address is accurate as that will be the address I will send your purchase to.

REFUNDS: I can only refund your purchase if the item is damaged on arrival and is returned within 7 days of receipt. Return postage will be at the buyer's expense.
