Christmas Orders:

Last order dates for Christmas delivery are as follows:

U.K: 18th December
Europe: 10th December
U.S and Rest of World: 6th December

These dates are recommended guidelines and within the last posting dates advised by Royal Mail the UK postage company. Orders placed on or before these dates should arrive in time for Christmas however if something goes wrong and a parcel gets held up I cannot be held responsible for late delivery

Postage and Packing
Prints are shipped out within 3 business days after payment has cleared my PayPal account – I will email you when your order is on its way to you.

Items are shipped First Class via Royal Mail in a protective cello-sleeve and board-backed envelope. Some shipping materials may be recycled in an effort to Go Green.

If you require Next Day Delivery or Recorded Delivery please contact me for additional postage costs.

Returns and Refunds

I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your print please contact me upon receiving it, or within 7 business days. I can offer you a refund or exchange providing you return the item/s in the same condition as they were sent.

You will be refunded the cost of the item minus the shipping costs. I require that the print be sent back to me (return shipping costs and proof of postage are your responsibility) before I issue the refund or make the exchange.

If a print arrives damaged please let me know as soon as you receive it. I may require a photo or scan as proof. I will then send you out a replacement as soon as possible – Please Note this may take up to 2 weeks without shipping time if a print is temporarily out of stock.
